No response after addressbook-multiget (called by AVM FritzBox)

AVM FRITZ!Box is a DSL-Modem/Router/Phone which is very common in Germany. As an option, it works as a vCard client. Sync runs silently, but FRITZ!box' address book remains empty.

radicale.log shows many entries like [2021-03-09 01:59:54 +0100] [8772/Thread-3555] [WARNING] Invalid REPORT method 'CR:addressbook-multiget' on '/admin/85b2b2c4-c35a-52e7-4f0d-7141d2d957f3/' requested

As FritzBox is no supported client: what can I do to find out whether the request is wrong vs Radicale has an issue?

My server is running Radicale 3.0.6 (py37) on Windows 10 for months with no issues. Clients: DAVx5 and CalDav Synchronizer 4.0.0.0

Client showing the issue is a FRITZ!Box 7530 with FRITZ!OS 07.21

I am aware of similar issue https://github.com/Kozea/Radicale/issues/149 but that one was closed years ago.
