which application can synchronise diary ? (or error 403...)

Hi everybody. Since i use radicale, i can see that i can synchronise diary... but i never found some application who can synchronise my diarys with radicale.

I tried with Joplin but I have this error message: ´´´error get sync/version.txt: unknow error2 (403): acces to the requested resource forbiden´´´
