Never actually shows what killed me

As the title says, this never shows the last hit. As a tank I'm always either dieing of a slow bleed because of poor or dead healer, or I'm getting killed by something that is a one hit kill. The latter is the only one I really need a plugin to tell me how I messed up, but that doesn't actually seem to be included?
