This is a permanent issue. Sometimes total clearing of `~/.config/org.keshavnrj.ubuntu` and `~/.local/share/org.keshavnrj.ubuntu` helps, sometimes - not. I hope that porting to Qt6 should solve that.
No problems in openSUSE TW with deb from here or with OBS build. Could it be due `ubuntu-latest` CI environment? @maxigaz This is strange that Arch hasn't native BYOD package...

Yeah, Arch is binary indeed. But there is no BYOD PKGBUILD for building from sources.
`CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release` will override `Debug` @maxigaz just run standalone binary from the Release folder
