Add translate documents support

What is your use-case and why do you need this feature? Notice the lack of information about this library in Chinese. I want to translate English documents into Chinese. I have tried to translate a part of the first chapter. But I soon found out that I don't know how to add translation to this project properly. It's possible to replace the English documents with Chinese in my forked repository. But I think add translated documents to official repository will be better. Also I need to proofread my translation.

Describe the solution you'd like Restructuring the directory to add translate documents support. And add guidelines for translators to better complete their translations.
