Upgrade ktor from 0.3.0 to 0.9.1

This upgrade also includes the upgrade of kotlin to 1.2.x.

This also make the PR #29 obsolete and also resolves Issue #27

Would be really nice to see this, because the Ktor version 0.3.0 is pretty outdated.
