[K2] Markdown links to local declarations stopped working

In K1 mode the link is rendered. In K2 -- not.

JIC: Such links also don't work in IJ K2. And I believe they should not.

This is an expected behaviour. Links to declarations should be in the form of [Ref] or [custom name][Ref]. The syntax with round brackets is only used to resolve external links like [Ref](https://github.com).
