Support experimental opt-in annotations

At present, there is no special rendering for experimental opt-in annotations. It might be convenient if declarations marked with an experimental annotation or a SubclassOptInRequired annotation were somehow specially rendered. For example, as is currently done for deprecated declarations: Screen Shot 2024-01-08 at 7 17 59 PM
