Images cover crash

Brief summary

So it start with perfectly fine image cover in manga. But when reopen the app, it auto refresh the manga from source, and it cause some manga end up with no cover images. The worse part is i can not change manually the manga image cover. So now i have some manga that does not have an imange cover.
