Sync disable

Brief summary

When trying to sync kotatsu with email it says sync disable. How many time I try it won't sync. Please help

i have issues with mine some times 2 dosent show the sliders

its not just a samsung oneui issue it does it on my non Samsung tablet, instead of having sliders that allow it to sync you just have to click on them to manually do it and contrary on my samsung ultra note 20 it works without issue

After going through some settings this has to deal with android sync settings. You need to enable device sync and turn on sync for kotatsu. I ended up turning on device sync and disabled everything but kotatsu and it fixed this issue on my end
