When hovering the cursor, the color of the icon merges with the background, which was not (as far as I remember) in the `danger` type.

PR changes not only the colors of the group of quick icons. Lots of changes. Colors, contrast, etc.

It still depends on localization teams. There are several languages where the `` and `` headers are reversed. Someone needs to contact the localization teams (e.g. Bulgarian, etc.) and fix...
