Emotes installed on server aren't visible to players

Describe the bug I dropped emotecraft files in the emotecraft folder on the server-side and they don't show up for players.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download an emote
2. Place it in the emotes folder on a server
3. They don't appear

Expected behavior The emotes appear server wide

Minecraft version+mod loader

• Version: 1.20.1 47.1.102
• Modded: Neoforge
• Server

Mod version: 2.2.7. build 50

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. If this isn't supported can it be added to the wiki? I was struggling to find any information on if this mod supports server-installed emotes or if every user has to install them individually.
