Crash/exploit in velocity/bungee if spam emote!!!

/emotes-client play "test" (in CommandMacros mod spam) If you spam a very heavy emotion through the Command Macros mod, it greatly increases the CPU load, and Velocity (and maybe bungee) can shut down. Also, an Out Memory error occurred.. test.json

Minecraft servers should have a built-in packet spam protection. Apparently velocity/bungee does not have.
