Forge 1.18.2 | NullPointerException on login sometimes

Describe the bug Every so often when a player connects to my server Emotecraft spits out a NPE with a trace.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to Forge 1.18.2 server with Emotecraft on both server and client
2. Observe the NPE sometimes

Expected behavior No NPE on join.

Minecraft version+mod loader

• Version: 1.18.2
• Modded: Forge 40.2.0
• Server

Mod version: 1.18.2 for Forge version 2.2.7-b.build.50

Minecraft log and crash report: https://mclo.gs/4jeJEI4 NPE happens at line 941 after Windown4Window joins. Ignore the rest of the red in the logs, we removed a ton of recipes recently so the server is being loud.

Additional context This happened on build 48 as well. We're not doing anything too extreme with emotes. It's a custom modpack but I can provide a full list of mods on the server if wanted.
