[BUG] Example values are not generated for enum types referenced with $ref

I've just ran into this with 5.0.0 and 5.2.0 too using php-server. [BUG] Example values are not generated for enum types referenced with $ref

It seems that this might only happen with scalar values, I've just found a $ref-ed "type object" that works.

Add support for custom classes on dim and dock DOM elements.
