internal server error 500 displays while using Kooboo template

Hello, I have manually uploaded all necessary Kooboo CMS files to my hosting servers /wwwroot directory. i have logged in through Kooboo CMS panel.Then i created a new website and uploaded Kooboo Template. On the kooboo site cluster , i have seen my website and when tried to preview, here is the error

500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Anyone help? Thank you

I've never seen that before, did you set full permission for CMS_Data folder?
