Does Not Refresh page? How does it see if stock changes?

Hello, if out of stock, it constantly tried to add to stock without refreshing the page. What if hours or days pass, wouldn't it not see the new stock?

This was an issue but I thought I had fixed this error I will update the code again later today to include the refresh
