Please publish a git tag for the 0.8.9.0 release

I'm assuming that https://github.com/Konstanty/libmodplug/commit/5a39f5913d07ba3e61d8d5afdba00b70165da81d is what we get when we download https://sourceforge.net/projects/modplug-xmms/files/libmodplug/0.8.9.0/

However, it would be nice when we don't have any doubt about this. Could you please create a tag for the 0.8.9.0 release?

Also I guess there are some other things which need some clarifications.

Is this git repository now the only one maintained? It is several commits ahead of the SourceForge git repository

This website http://modplug-xmms.sourceforge.net mentions the git repository here, so it seems to be somewhat official, but why the split between libmodplug and the other project parts? Did the maintainers change? This might also be the reason why the website doesn't mention the 0.8.9.0 release
