Turn display back on without wifi

Problem:

I turned the display off using the setting/72/0 command and my GoPro battery drained out. That means that the AP also turned off and I have no way to turn it back on. Is it possible to turn the AP back on using your bluetooth API?

Details:

• GoPro Camera(s): Hero 5
• Firmware Version: I don't know because I can't check
• Steps to reproduce: Use setting/72/0 and drain your battery
• Happens every time? [Y/N]: Y

Is there a way to use a bluetooth module like HC-05/HC-06 to turn on the camera?
