Unable to get video feed from GoPro Hero 4 Session

Problem:

I'm on windows using GoProStreaming to get video from my session over wifi. The thing is that status 31 won't change And going to http://10.5.5.9/gp/gpControl/execute?p1=gpStream&a1=proto_v2&c1=restart just returns status: "0" I have paired the camera, and every other wifi command works (eg. starting a recording)

Details:

• GoPro Camera(s): GoPro Hero 4 Session
• Firmware Version: 2.00
• Steps to reproduce: Connect session to PC over wifi, pair using wifi commands, then run GoProStream.py (from GoProStream repo).
