Hero3+ Turn on GoPro App

Hi,

Is there a way of remotely turning on the GoPro App found in the Wifi settings menu? I have to do this manually after start-up as the setting appears to be lost when the GoPro is powered down.

This needs to be set if the sequence http://10.5.5.9/camera/PV?t=PASSWORD&p=%02 and then: http://10.5.5.9:8080/live/amba.m3u8 is to be used.

Curiously, the GoPro App setting is not lost in my Hero3(White)
