Multiples Cameras/Stream Simultaneously?

Would you like to know if it is possible to use 2 GPHero5BE simultaneously?

What is the delay of live streaming of two cameras for the solution above? What is the best solution if I have 2 GoPro hero5 black, and I want to connect them over (one wifi for ideal solution or two wifi's not a problem) then live streaming in same time. Stream tolerance delay (0 to 1 second)?
