MAC OS Support

When first started the KTF was built entirely to support Linux workstations and CI as this was the only OS used by the original contributors.

In an effort to make the KTF more broadly available, the purpose of this issue is to ensure Mac OS support for the testing framework and CLI.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [x] Artifacts for the ktf CLI are automatically built for Mac OS and published on releases via CI
  • [ ] testing environments work on Mac, including the networking portion which was historically not working
