consumers are automatically deleting while redeploying the same without any change in kong 3.4.3.13 version

3.4.3.13

Current Behavior

when the we do the service deploymnet the consumers are created and when we reploy the same with out any chnage the created consumers rae getting deleted what is the root cause for this for the version 3.4.3.13. where as in the lower version for 2.7.0 the consumers remains same can you please helpme with the root cause

Hi @bungle , I was deploying with latest deck commands which is supporting to the kong version 3.4.3.13.
