needs some secrets to be added:

DOCKER_PASSWORD
DOCKER_USERNAME (to access nightly images)
PULP_PASSWORD
PULP_USERNAME (download licenses)
GITHUB_TOKEN (one that has read access to kong-ee)

has asked engen team to add that.

so "push" seems to go green now. But "pull_request" is still failing?

Pongo 2.0 was merged and made the switch to GHA, closing this.
