Provide a Homebrew formula on MacOS to make it easier to install and upgrade Pongo.

I don't know Brew well enough, but a problem I see is that Pongo isn't versioned.

That said, maybe we can add a pongo upgrade command that will pull the latest code into the installation.

Homebrew would build/install the binary, and replace it during an upgrade. The brew outdated command would indicate when a new version is available.

In general, its easier for a MacOS user to keep track of command line tools that they have installed when Homebrew is used.
