Tab tooltip covers the Send button

Expected Behavior

The "Send" button is placed too close to the tabs. When I try to click it, I often miss hover over the tabs, which trigger the tooltip (Pham's Personal Project/My Collection). The tooltip covers the 'Send' button, which is unable to click.

I then have to move the mouse away, wait for a few seconds, and try again, but this time, slowly point to the button, which is super annoying.

Unable to click Send

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Insomina
2. Hover the tab above the Send Button
