Can you try the Actual Size option? You can find it by going to: View -> Actual Size.

@senolxorch I cleared the application data, and it seems to work now but all my data are gone

Discussed with @senolxorch in Slack channel, the user data is not on the local machine but in a network drive, the useData file path is special, I guess this issue is related to this. @elisha1995 Do you have the same local environment?
