has an issue with the preview mode onClick not firing so the e2e test fail, seems to be related to react-aria

I tihnk @react-stately/collections has a regression in the minor bump which affect event progogation or the way we are using it is no longer supported

there may be a surgical fix but best bet would be to use the new dropdown component (popover menu) in al 21 places
