Insomnia "Select Request" Popup shows randomly when writing tests

Expected Behavior

I want to write unit tests without being prompted to "select request" randomly in short intervals. This is very annoying and decreases productivity:

Insomnia "Select Request" popup shows randomly in short intervals

Unclear to me what causes this behaviour.

I can confirm this too on Windows 10 version 2023.05.08

Windows 10 - Happens to me as well too many times to count in a day. Very annoying. One of the many issues that makes Insomnia a less than ideal tool.

I see this too. Every time I make an edit in the JS panel this pops up again.
