Request timeout 0 is not working

Expected Behavior

Request timeout config 0 should not trigger a timeout.

Actual Behavior

it triggers at 21 secs

Reproduction Steps

1. Configure request timeout
2. make a request that waits more than 21 seconds.

thats it.

Is there an existing issue for this?

It seems like request timeouts in general aren't working. My request timeout is configured with the default 30000 ms, but my requests are timing out in 16s. I'm using the desktop client for Mac.
