Allow for drag and drop in Test feature

Describe the bug In the test section, in the request on a test suite, is not possible to drag and drop the requests

To Reproduce

1. Create a design document
2. Create at least requests
3. Create a test suite with at least 2 request
4. Try to move a request

Expected behavior I Expect there is a button to move the position request

Hi @sarmancoder, thank you for reporting this!

I'm not sure if we ever supported this (perhaps @wdawson or @DMarby can say if it was ever supported).

In any case this seems to be the case still. We are currently planning on revamping Insomnia's test feature and will keep this in mind for future changes. For now marking it as a possible improvement and will update you here on the issue in case we fix/improve it.

Feel free to report any other issues or feature requests here on GitHub, we are very much looking for feedback on things we can improve with Insomnia Test feature.
