Remove too old versions in KIC's version compatibility list

Where is the problem?

What happened?

The current version compatibility list includes some old versions that have been already out of support:

• KIC 2.6~2.10
• Kong gateway 1.5, 2.0~2.7
• K8s 1.21~1.26
• Istio 1.13~1.17 Also, the latest versions are put in last rows or columns. This is not easy to find the compatibility status of the latest versions.

What did you expect to happen?

• Remove the versions of products that are already end of support
• Reverse the order of versions in rows/columns to put the latest versions at foremost places
