Logging correlation IDs doc does not specify the nginx context

Where is the problem?

What happened?

When following the section on logging correlation IDs it should specify that the log_format must be specified in the nginx http context.

Failing to put this in the right context will generate errors and prevent Kong from starting.

What did you expect to happen?

The doc should specify that this must be used in the http context to avoid confusion.
