RAMHLPR.COM - Kanji in BASIC no longer works

Reported by KDL while he was testing SM-X UNAPI package.

He observes that if you have RAMHLPR.COM installed and an UNAPI loaded, if you go to BASIC and try to use KANJI by typing CALL KANJI2, the computer will deadlock.

I've confirmed the same behavior on BlueMSX emulator using Obsonet and Internestor Lite.
