[BUG]: You don't have enough funds

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open v0.8.0-beta (or any version before it- this isn't the first time I've talked about this or posted images of it; would include links but being banned disallows me to find them)
2. try to make a trade
3. Hover over any book order
4. See error

Expected behavior When one has 100k coins they aren't told they don't have more than 0.0097 of them
