[BUG]: Assets disappeared from add assets list after deleting search text -> scrolling problem

Assets disappeared from add assets list if:

1. open enable assets window
2. start entering smth in the input field (scrolling still should be enabled)
3. scroll to the bottom of the list
4. press the clear icon on the input field (sometimes it also works if start to delete text digit by digit)

Actual result:

• list becomes clear

Expected result:

• user returns to the start of this list:D

Another one weird problem:

1. open enable assets window
2. start entering smth in the input field (scrolling still should be enabled)
3. scroll to the middle of the list
4. delete text in the input field in any way

Actual result:

• scrolling is in the middle of the list

Expected result:

• user returns to the start of this list:D

I guess all these problems can be fixed if return user to the start of the assets list after pressing the clear icon and deleting digits:3 tested on macos
