I've fixed the core_DEV pubkeys; the keys for the mainnet and 3p nodes were mistakenly swapped. After my last commit, they are now correct. Additionally, we need to change 13348/tcp for the mainnet and 13345/tcp for 3p before the new season starts to separate the networks. We always begin a new season with new ports.

As mentioned by Cipig:

"We just need to double the speed of notarizations... fees on the LTC chain are negligible... the only question is whether Iguana can handle this without code changes."

This has been approved by @ca333 and starting from Season 8, we will be changing the frequency of LTC notarizations from 10 to 5. Please remember that we will need more LTC funds to support the notarizations, so we should ensure our notaries are funded in advance.
