Activation status monitoring

This is in addition to the electrum status tracking.

To be run on cron every 3 hours:

• start kdf (latest release)
• initiate activation of all listed coins
• identify and report where activation fails

This should assist with rapid detection and resolution of any activation related issues, while also offering a status api/dashboard for public reference.

to use kdf to check if a ssl electrum is able to be connected or not
