Cut out puppet

Cut out the puppet provisioning. Too new an node gets installed.

Use Chris Lea’s Repo then force install of 10.33 using the following command:

sudo apt-get install nodejs 0.10.33-1chl1~precise1

Also need to make an rsync command to move files to the home directory of the vagrant user that you can run when you want to change updates.
