Bookmarks don't persist after file close

Short Summary

Bookmarks (not Quick Bookmarks) should persist in a file even after you've closed it. This seems really familiar but I can't find a ticket (open or closed) regarding it and I don't know where a conversation about it would be but this worked in Komodo 10 and stopped working at some point in 11.

This is only present in Komodo IDE.

Steps to Reproduce

  • open a file
  • create a bookmark
  • close the file and reopen

Expected results

Bookmark to still be there

Actual results

Bookmark is gone.

Platform Information

Komodo Type: IDE ONLY Komodo Version? >= 11
