With the universal scraper, if TMDB is choosen don't ask for available IDs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When we use TMDB with IMDB in the universal scraper, instead of asking us for both IDs (both ask to search), only ask for TMDB and retrieve the other ID from there.
