Episode Thumbnail selector doesn't show all thumbnails

Describe the bug When clicking the Episode thumbnail, only the currently selected(?) thumbnail is coming up, but there is no selection for all available thumbnails. I am not sure if this is actually a bug or if it's just not implemented as per the FR in #835. It doesn't seem to be the TVDB thumbnail though (see screenshots), as it's showing the TMDB thumbnail that it selected during the scrape (the second screenshot is from an older scrape where the thumbnail in the first screenshot didn't exist yet).

Also, switching the scraper selector in the window shows an image that's unrelated to the show (might be specific to this show though) - see 4. screenshot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scrape a show and episodes
2. Select an episode and click the episode's thumbnail
3. check the selector window content

Expected behavior The selector should show all available thumbnails for selection.
