Describe the bug Settings dialong does not appear when pressing settings icon

To Reproduce

1. Click on settings icon on taskbar
2. Nothing happens

Expected behavior Settings dialog should appear

• [ ] 2.10.6 (stable)

Operating System:

• [ ] macOS 13.6.3 on Apple silicon

Additional context

• It worked when i first installed application somewhere in summer 2023
• Have tried to remove all files and folders (find / -name "Elch")
• Have tried to reinstall

there are some major bugs in the Qt 6 version we ship MediaElch with. Please see https://github.com/Komet/MediaElch/issues/1687#issuecomment-1867577275 for a version that should work.
