TV show scraper won't load banner and season banner and fanart

Describe the bug For TV shows, in the scraper settings I can't choose a scraper for banner, there it doesn't load a banner. But when clicking the placeholder I can choose between Fanart.tv and TheTVDb and both show banners.

The same is true for tv show seasons. Well, there are no settings for that at all. It will load preview image and poster, but not fanart and banner even though they can manually be loaded (TheTvDB only for those two).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings - Scraper - Own show-scraper
2. Click on the dropdown for Banner, it will just show "no scaper available"
3. Scrape a TV show
4. Banner isn't loaded (obviously)
5. Click on the banner placeholder
6. choose between fanart.tv and TheTVDb and see available banners

Expected behavior Settings should show fanart.tv and TheTVDb for TV show banner

TheTvDb is no longer supported and will be removed in future versions. That's why it is not listed in the settings.

FanartTv, however, should be listed (I think) . Thanks for reporting!
