TV Show Episodes: Actor Thumbnails not loaded

Describe the bug When scraping episodes, the actor thumbnails are not loaded, even though the metadata exists.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to TV show, e.g Game of Thrones
2. select episode
3. scrape episode, ensure "actors" is selected
4. see that there is no actor thumbnail

Expected behavior Episode thumbnails should be downloaded, as they are for TV shows.
