UI: Actor hover-effect only affects one column, not the full row

Describe the bug Similar to the "active" effect, the hover effect should affect the whole line/row.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to movie
2. Click on "actors"
3. hover over actor

Expected behavior Full row has hover-effect
