Feature Request: disable image downloads

Open joshbgosh10592 opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

I'd like to use MediaElch for renaming media for Plex, but I would rather it not automatically download any images. Can we have a way to disable this? I searched and couldn't find anything short of making all image patters set to "na" which just seems to overwrite themselves and leave one "na" file that needs deleted.

I don't know if I understand your problem, but... When you do a search, you can choose each of the data you want to receive. See here: https://mediaelch.github.io/mediaelch-doc/movie/index.html

The Movie scrape dialog with checkboxes for each data point you want to load (e.g. title, images, etc.)

This example is in the old layout. But the functionality is the same.

Hi there,

sorry for the late reply, I didn't have time for the past few months.

Regarding your issue: As @ticao2 pointed out, you should be able to un-select images. MediaElch should then not load any images. :)

Regards, Andre
