Option to not use Rating for TV Shows.

In the configuration of the Film Scraper, there is a way to stop using the Rating, just changing the selection. In TV Shows this option does not exist, I believe this change is easy, hugs ..

But that way I would have to disable the rating every time an episode is added.

In the movie settings, it is possible to disable the rating, just choose the option "don't use"

My request is that this "don't use" option be added to the TV Shows settings.

Another question:
If you disable the "rating"-checkbox in the TV scraper dialog, do you have to uncheck it each time you want to scrape an episode with the custom TV show scraper? That checkbox should stay unchecked as far as I remember.
