Option to set custom locale (time/date)

It would be great to pass additional locale as configuration to time/date display. Maybe it will be easier to implement using babel package?

I would like to be able to show the times in my local date/time rather than have it as UTC or some other time zone, so i would like the ability to also change as @Leny1996 has suggested please @KoljaWindeler
